Dr. Hema Krishna  is a highly skilled neurologist specializing in movement disorders and Parkinson’s disease. He completed his MBBS from Sri Venkateshwara Medical College, Tirupati, followed by DNB in General Medicine from St. Marthas Hospital, Bangalore, and DM in Neurology from Calcutta National Medical College, Kolkata with gold medal He further completed a fellowship in Parkinson’s disease and movement disorders from the prestigious SCTIMST and the Institute of Neurosciences, Kolkata. Additionally, he pursued a fellowship in headache management from the Aesculap Academy. Dr. Krishna has extensive experience in Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) care, having managed over 50 patients undergoing DBS surgery and programmed over 450 DBS patients. He is particularly known for his expertise in Botulinum toxin therapy, having administered injections to approximately 800 patients with Movement Disorders. His areas of expertise include Parkinson’s disease, Dystonia, Tremors, Deep Brain Stimulation Surgery, Botulinum Toxin Injections, Headache and Pain Medicine, Stroke, Demyelinating Disorders, and Epilepsy.
